Our highly experienced chef Dušan Svoboda is the soul of our kitchen. He has studied the art of cuisine all around the world in places as diverse as Italy, India and Norway. Before Parnas took a place in his heart he helped the Art Nouveau Restaurant regain its fame. Along with his team he annually attends cooking championships. We’re sure you will love the menu he has created which is based on Czech cuisine. You will soon realise Czech cuisine ranks highly with all the wonderful cuisines from around the world.
The ever- smiling Václav Krejčík was head of the Prague InterContinental’s pastry kitchen for over twenty years. He was awarded the Order of Saint Ambrož for his presentation and the popularisation of the art of confectionary. Not only is he the creator of our dessert menu, he also bakes the bread which goes with our pork lard spread that we serve on your arrival.
Thanks to Van our restaurant works the way it should; she’s the heart of Parnas. Van gained her experience in restaurants such as SaSaZu and Kobe. Following that she moved to Dubai where she ran the Karma Kafe and the renowned restaurant: Moe’s on 5th in the Sheraton Hotel. Here in Parnas Van began as a consultant and helped make Parnas what it is now. She fell in love with our restaurant and after her consulting came to a close she started at Parnas full-time.
